COMPOSITION:
Each 100 gram contains:

Tylosin Tartrate (USP): 20 gm
Doxycycline HCI (USP): 40 gm
Colistin Sulphate (BP): 10 gm
Bromhexine HCI (BP): 2 gm

INDICATIONS:
Tetrazone-40 Oral Powder is indicated for the treatment and prevention of:

Chronic respiratory disease (CRD)
Complex chronic respiratory disease (CCRD)
Fowl Cholera
Fowl Typhoid
Infectious Coryza
Bacterial Enteritis
Early chick mortality

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

Treatment: 1 gm per 4 Liters of drinking water for 3-5 days.
Prevention: 1 gm per 8 Liters of drinking water for 3-5 days.

Store in a cool and dry place.
Keep away from reach of children.
Protect from sunlight.
