DESCRIPTION:
Amprolium is a coccidiostat (antiprotozoal) used for the treatment and prevention of coccidiosis in poultry, rabbits, and ruminants. It works by inhibiting thiamine uptake in *Eimeria* parasites, causing them to starve.
INDICATIONS:
Amprozone-50 is highly effective for:
- Cecal and intestinal coccidiosis in poultry
- Coccidiosis in rabbits
- Ruminal coccidiosis
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
Poultry:
- 1 gm per 3-5 liters of drinking water daily for 5 days.
PRECAUTIONS:
- Store in a cool and dry place.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Protect from sunlight.
