DESCRIPTION

LC-ZONE is a powerful broad-spectrum antibacterial oral powder containing Lincomycin Hydrochloride and Colistin Sulphate. It is specially formulated for the effective prevention and treatment of respiratory and enteric bacterial infections in poultry and livestock.

Lincomycin provides strong activity against Gram-positive bacteria and Mycoplasma species by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis, while Colistin Sulphate acts against Gram-negative organisms, particularly intestinal pathogens such as E. coli and Salmonella. The synergistic combination offers comprehensive antibacterial coverage for mixed infections affecting both the respiratory and gastrointestinal systems.

INDICATIONS

LC-ZONE is indicated for the prevention and treatment of infections caused by Lincomycin- and Colistin-sensitive organisms, including:

  • Chronic Respiratory Disease (CRD)
  • Mycoplasmosis
  • Colibacillosis (E. coli infections)
  • Salmonellosis
  • Necrotic enteritis
  • Infectious synovitis
  • Air sacculitis
  • Enteric bacterial infections

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

Preventive dose: 1 g per 3 liter of drinking water for 3 days.

Treatment dose: 1 g per 2 liters of drinking water for 3-5 days.

STORAGE

  • Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C.
  • Protect from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture.
  • Keep the pack/container tightly closed after use.
  • Store in the original packaging to preserve product stability and potency.
  • Do not freeze the product.
