DESCRIPTION

SCOUR ZONE is a comprehensive anti-scour oral solution specially formulated for the effective treatment and control of diarrheal conditions and enteric infections in calves, lambs, kids, and other livestock. Its unique combination of antibacterial agents, intestinal protectants, antispasmodics, and supportive vitamins provides rapid relief from digestive disturbances and dehydration associated with scours.

Sulphadiazine, Sulphadimidine, and Neomycin Sulphate offer broad-spectrum antibacterial activity against major enteric pathogens responsible for bacterial diarrhoea. Kaolin and Pectin help absorb toxins, protect the intestinal lining, and improve stool consistency. Hyoscine Methyl Bromide relieves intestinal spasms and abdominal discomfort, while Vitamins B1 and B2 support metabolism, appetite, and recovery during illness.

INDICATIONS

SCOUR ZONE is recommended for scours (diarrhea) in all animals including cattle, horses, sheep, goat, dog and cats. It effectively controls and treats enteritis of bacterial origin, especially scours in calves, foals and other animals caused by salmonella and coliform organisms. It is also effective against necrotic enteritis and provide anti-bacterial activity without increased risk of renal damage.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

For oral administration only.

• Sheep / Goat: 6 ml /5 kg body weight (For animals above 45 kg, add 6 ml for each additional 5 kg body weight)
• Cattle / Buffalo: 120 ml /100 kg body weight (For animals above 350 kg, add 30 ml for each additional 25 kg body weight)
• Poultry: 1–2 ml /liter of drinking water for 3–5 days

STORAGE

• Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place.
• Store below 30°C.
