DESCRIPTION

DOXY ZONE-C is a broad-spectrum antibacterial oral powder formulated for the effective treatment and control of mixed bacterial infections in poultry and livestock. It combines Doxycycline Hyclate and Colistin Sulphate, providing dual action against both Gram-positive, Gram-negative, and intestinal pathogenic bacteria.

Doxycycline acts by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis, making it highly effective against respiratory pathogens, including Mycoplasma species. Colistin Sulphate provides potent bactericidal activity against Gram-negative organisms, particularly E. coli and Salmonella, which are commonly involved in enteric and systemic infections.

INDICATIONS

Gastrointestinal and respiratory infections caused by micro-organisms sensitive to doxycycline and colistin like Bordetella, Campylobacter, Chlamydia, E. coli, Haemophilus, Mycoplasma, Pasteurella, Rickettsia, Salmonella, and other spp. in Calves, Goats, Poultry and Sheep.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

Usage: Orally via drinking water.

• Calves, Goats and Sheep: Twice daily, 1g/20kg body weight for 4-5 days
• Poultry: 1kg /2000 liters of drinking water for 4-5 days.

STORAGE

• Store in a cool, dry place below 25–30°C, away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture.
• Keep the container tightly closed after each use to maintain product stability.
