Each 100 g contains:

  • Fosfomycin Calcium BP ...... 20 g (20% w/w, 200 mg per gram)
  • Tylosin Tartrate USP ...... 10 g (10% w/w, 100 mg per gram)
  • Fructose USP ...... 18 g (18% w/w)
  • Sodium Phosphate USP ...... 15 g (15% w/w)
  • Magnesium Sulphate USP ...... 10 g

DESCRIPTION

FOSFO ZONE is a broad-spectrum antibacterial and supportive oral powder formulated for the treatment and control of bacterial infections in poultry and livestock. It combines Fosfomycin Calcium and Tylosin Tartrate to deliver strong and synergistic antimicrobial activity against a wide range of Gram-positive and Gram-negative pathogens, including respiratory and enteric bacteria.

Fosfomycin provides rapid bactericidal action by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis, while Tylosin offers effective control against Mycoplasma and respiratory pathogens. The inclusion of Fructose, Sodium Phosphate, and Magnesium Sulphate helps support electrolyte balance, energy metabolism, and recovery during infection and stress conditions.

INDICATIONS

  • Respiratory bacterial infections (CRD, infectious sinusitis, airsacculitis)
  • Mycoplasma-associated diseases
  • Colibacillosis (E. coli infections)
  • Salmonellosis and other enteric bacterial infections
  • Gastrointestinal infections causing diarrhea and poor digestion
  • Mixed bacterial infections in stressful conditions (heat stress, transport stress, vaccination stress)

DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION

For oral administration:
160mg Fosfozone per kg Body Weight daily, approximately equivalent to: 500-800g per 1000 litres of Drinking Water, for 3 to 7 consecutive days.
Medicated drinking water should be used within 24 hours

STORAGE

  • Store in a cool, dry place below 30°C, protected from direct sunlight and moisture.
  • Keep the container tightly closed after each use.
  • Do not store near feed, food items, or chemicals.
  • Keep out of reach of children
