DESCRIPTION

TAC ZONE is a potent broad-spectrum antibacterial oral powder formulated for the effective treatment and control of respiratory and bacterial infections in poultry and livestock. It combines the synergistic activity of Tiamulin Hydrogen Fumarate and Chlortetracycline Hydrochloride to provide enhanced efficacy against a wide range of Gram-positive, Gram-negative, and Mycoplasma organisms.

Tiamulin is highly effective against Mycoplasma and chronic respiratory pathogens, while Chlortetracycline offers extended antibacterial coverage against secondary bacterial infections. The combined action helps reduce disease severity, improve respiratory health, and support rapid recovery during infection outbreaks.

INDICATIONS

Poultry: Taczone is indicated for the treatment and control of bacterial infections sensitive to Taczone including: Colisepticemia Omphalitis, Fowl Cholera, Enteritis (E.coli, Clostridium spp. Salmonella spp), Infectious Coryza (Haemophilus paragallinarium) and exudative tendinitis and synovitis caused by Mycoplasma synoviae.

Taczone is also useful in the treatment and control of infections secondary to viral, coccidia (Eimeria Spp) Or Mycoplasma disease, at time of stress and where nonspecific early mortality is a problem. Taczone prevents transmission of mycoplasma infection from parents to chicks.

Taczone improves egg production and hatchability by controlling Mycoplasma Gallisepticum. A dose of 15-20 ppm continuously and 50 ppm plus one week in a month gives a consistent improvement in egg production. It also improves fertility with hatchability.

Sheep/Calves: Treatment and control of respiratory and enteric infections and those giving rise to septicemia caused by THF and CTC sensitive organism, including those caused by Salmonella and Pasteurella species.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

DOSE (In Drinking Water):
Treatment: 1g in 2-3 liter of drinking water for 3-5 days continuously.
Prevention: 1g in 3-4 liter of drinking water for 3-5 days continuously.
Egg Production: 1g in 4-8 liter of drinking water continuously one week every month up to 52 weeks.

DOSE: Feed (Treatment)
3.3 Kg per ton of finish feed for 3-5 days continuously.

DOSE: For Sheep, Calves
For Enteric infections 1gm of Taczone per 5kg live body weight.
For Respiratory infections 1gm of Taczone per 2.5 kg live body weight, for 5 days or as per veterinary prescription.

STORAGE

Store in a cool, dry place below 30°C, protected from direct sunlight and moisture.
